Yummy Omlet


Yummy,Spicy and nutritious snack to attract kids towards healthy food.

Ingredients:

Eggs – 3

Cilantro (Coriander Leaves) – 5 stems
Garlic – 2
Cumin seeds – 1 tea spoons
Green chilli – as per your taste
Tamarind paste – 1 tea spoon

Onion – 1 small size

Grated coconut – 1 tea spoon

Salt – as per your taste
Turmeric – as per your taste
cooking oil

Note: You can always vary the quantity and proportion of ingredients as per your taste. You even can include additional items if you feel they enhance the taste of the dish.

Preparation:

Mix tamarind paste to cilantro, garlic, cumin seeds and green chilli. Make a fine paste of all these ingredients using blender.
Beat three eggs in a bowl.
Cut onion into very small pieces.
Now mix the above made soft paste, beaten egg, onions, grated coconut, turmeric and salt.

Stove top:

Take a non-stick wide pan.Pour 2 tea spoons of oil and heat it.
Pour this mixture on that pan and slightly fry it for 2 minutes.
Turn to other side and fry it for another 2 minutes.
Your hot Spicy omlet is ready.

It goes well with rice or you can eat it just as a tasty snack.
