Peas Cutlet


Healthy and yummy snack for everyone.

Ingredients:

Green Peas(Uncooked) – 10 cups
Potato – 3 medium size

Corn Flour – 3 table spoons

Green chilli – 5
Ginger – small piece
Garlic – 1 table spoon
Lemon Juice – 2 table spoons
Chat Masala powder – 1 table spoon

cilantro – small bunch

Salt – as per your taste
cooking oil

Note: You can always vary the quantity and proportion of ingredients as per your taste. You even can include additional items if you feel they enhance the taste of the dish.

Preparation:

Cut green chilli and cilantro into very small pieces.
Make a fine paste of ginger and garlic.
Soak green peas for 24hrs and then boil them to become soft( if needed). You can use ready-to-cook
frozen peas available in grocery stores.
Put soaked green peas in blender and make a coarse paste. It should not be soft.

Stove top:

Boil potatoes.
Mash the boiled potatoes and mix it with peas paste, cilantro,ginger-garlic paste and salt.
make small rounds and press them into circle shape.Like cookie shape.
Heat oil in a pan and fry these in oil.
Sprinkle chat masala powder and lemon juice while they are hot only.
Yummy peas cutlets are ready to eat.
